Yes, not only can you personalise the story you can also choose to customise your book cover. You will be given the option when ordering to either choose a standard book cover or a customised cover. The customised cover option allows you to upload a photo of your choice as well as the option to change the title of the story should you so wish. The synopsis on the back cover will also be personalised.

A. Whilst filling in your character questionnaire for your book order, select the option to order a "Customised Book Cover". After clicking the "Submit" button you will be taken to a page where you can select and upload a photo of your choice, and should you wish to, you can also change the title of the book. Follow the simple instructions. This will bring up a preview of what your photo will look like on the cover. Should you not like the result you may click on the "Choose Another Photo" button. This may be done as many times as you like until you are satisfied with the result. Alternatively you may click the "Cancel Photo" button at any stage.

An additional fee of only £12.50. Will be added to your final total. As each book is a custom product, adding a photo to the cover usually adds a day or two to the process.

A. The romantic scenes in the "spicy" version are detailed and graphic whilst the romantic scenes in the "mild" version leave more to the imagination. In both cases, the main storyline is about two people in love and naturally as the story progresses so they make love. A. Ordering online is the quickest and easiest method and certainly the most accurate way for us to capture your details exactly as you want them.

Once you have selected a novel you will asked to fill in a questionnaire relating to all the personalisation options available for that particular story. You will also have the option to customise the cover by uploading a photo of your choice.

As the books are printed with the information that you provide; we strongly advise that you check your answers and spelling very carefully before submitting your order. Once the order has been submitted it becomes ‘locked-down‘ (your information can not be tampered with) and is sent directly to the printers for printing.

If you are having a little trouble answering them all, don't worry - it's a fantasy novel so don't hesitate to be a little creative and have some fun making the answers up or alternatively have a click on our '?' icon next to each question, this will provide you with help and suggestions. However please note: We will not replace the book as a result of any error you may make whilst filling in the questionnaire. Our software takes the answers exactly as you have entered them and places them into the book. Once this happens the information becomes ‘locked down‘ meaning that we cannot alter it. Hence, we strongly advise that you check all spelling and capitalisation of your characters, names, places, etc, before submitting your order.

Each book is personalised to your specifications, we therefore can not offer a refund simply because you have changed your mind or do not like the book. After we have made it to your specifications, it only has value to you.

Once the order has gone to production, the order cannot be altered, cancelled or refunded.

A. Yes, If you want to order more than one copy of the same book - simply type in the number of books in the box where it asks for that information. Once you have placed the order in the shopping cart you will be asked for a delivery address for each book. Should you want to continue ordering - just click on 'add another novel' and you can carry on ordering more books - with an ability to send them all to different addresses or the same address.

We ship worldwide and have many overseas customers - including the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, America and South Africa.

Shipping Options:

We ship all our books via Registered Post. This costs slightly more but does mean that your book can be tracked throughout the journey. Once leaving South Africa, it is injected into your local Postal system where the SA Registered number will be logged. You will be able to track the progress of your book, at any time, using the tracking number that we will email to you. Allow 4 days for production, thereafter you can expect to receive your book within 7-10 working days.

We post all books via Registered Post - which means that your book can be tracked throughout the journey. Allow 4 days for production, thereafter you can expect to receive your book within 7-10 working days.

Alternatively you may opt for our Courier Service - Speed Couriers. This costs more but ensures an overnight delivery to your P.O. Box/Private Bag or Post Office. Your book can be tracked throughout the journey. Allow 4 days for production; thereafter you can expect your book within 48 hours.
