Personalisednovels.com Affiliate Agreement Terms

In order for you to apply to become an affiliate and use the personalisednovels.com advertising materials it is necessary for you to read and agree to the Affiliate Agreement terms below. Once you have read the terms below and have clicked the Accept button you will need to fill in the personalisednovels.com affiliate application form. Once we have reviewed your application we will be in touch to let you know if you have been accepted as an affiliate.

In order to become an affiliate and use personalisednovels.com (hereinafter referred to as PN) materials you hereby agree to the following:

PN grants the affiliate the right to use PN advertising materials and logos provided by PN. This is for the sole purpose of linking to the appropriate PN page.
These rights are not transferable without the written consent from PN. This consent is not to be unreasonably withheld.
The affiliate may not make any modifications whatsoever to material supplied by PN.
The materials are not to be used in conjunction with other logos nor may the affiliate use the material in any way that taints or affects the quality of the PN materials.
PN reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time.
The affiliate may terminate this agreement at any time.
PN disclaims all consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
These terms and conditions may be modified by PN at anytime.

Payment Structure:

An Affiliate will earn a commission of 10% excluding, packaging shipping and taxes.
Payments are made at the end of every quarter. (4 times per year) Affiliates that are based in South Africa can choose to have their commission paid to them via cheque or EFT. PN will pay all other affiliates by cheque.
With our 30 day tracking cookie you will earn commission if the customer comes back within the 30 days. You will also earn on repeat sales within this 30-day period.
Subsequent clicks from the affiliate site through to PN site will renew this cookies life span.
Other circumstances, which could expire or delete this cookie are outside our control and PN can not be held responsible.
Once you have signed up we will provide you with your own affiliate code which you can use to link to our site.
You will be able to see how your sales are doing at any time by accessing our affiliate area and viewing online reports.
